Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Damaged or broken upon arrival
  • Received incorrectly due to our error

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and order number.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Customized products with names, letters, photos, or colors chosen by customer
  • Sale or clearance items

If your request is approved, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
